A Global Mental Health Service Provider

Helping Trauma Exposed Professionals and their families feel safe, supported and understood

Wounded Warriors Global (WWG) is a Canadian national mental health service provider dedicated to serving Trauma Exposed Organizations, Trauma Exposed Professionals and their families. WWG specializes in providing culturally informed services that utilize a combination of education, counselling, and training approaches to support resiliency and recovery from post-trauma injuries.

“I felt guilty for taking a spot from someone who I thought deserved it more. I quickly learned that I needed to be there too. The clinicians helped me see that I was masking something. Although undiagnosed, I was exhibiting all the markers of someone with PTSD.”

TEL AVIV ISRAEL Wounded Warriors Canada’s COPE (Couples Overcoming PTSD Everyday) program has garnered international recognition and will now support ill and injured Israel Veterans, First Responders and their families. Following the establishment of a partnership with NATAL – Israel’s preeminent trauma centre for victims of terror and war, Wounded Warriors Canada and COPE clinicians accepted an invitation to travel to Israel to train a team of clinicians to facilitate the delivery of COPE. The training was completed last week and the trip concluded with a special event commemorating the 20th anniversary of NATAL – Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center.
